We aim to collaborate to address challenges in cosmetic chemistry that affect and impact Black/African American communities.

We aim to empower and uplift Black women in the field by promoting equity, fostering professional growth, and advocating for inclusive practices within the industry.

We aim to eliminate barriers, support education and career advancement, and enhance economic opportunities, ensuring that Black women achieve recognition, success, and leadership in cosmetic science and beyond.
